Tshay is a Philly-based filmmaker from Amityville, NY. She is the co-director of GALES, an episodic short set in Baltimore, which was funded by the Saul Zaentz Innovation Fund in 2019. Her debut short film WALKING WOUNDED premiered at the 2016 BlackStar Film Festival, where it won Favorite Youth Film and PhillyCAM’s inaugural Inclusion Award. Tshay is a 2016 CAMRA Fellow and a recipient of Thouron Award and Sachs Arts Award.
